i slpt like a total dead pig and missed trng . didnt hear any alarms at all, neither jingting's morning calls, gen's message and mum's noon calls lah .
goodness the race is like less than a month away and i ought to train extraultraultra HARD, but i just skipped trng ! urgh i feel soooo bad now =/
