we're all champions for we've completed and conquered the race !

ohmygoodness i cant bend my back, even wearing my pants seems like a challenging pole to me. thankgod last week im kiasu enough to book appointment for physio this week, see how smart i am !
and yes lets welcome aaron into the physio gang, it isnt suppose to be a good thing worth to rejoice actually, esp with surf&sweat coming this sunday .
